5999Cargo Group Europe was founded in 2014 by a Dutch-Curaçaoan family who were tired of seeing friends and relatives pay too much for slow, unreliable shipping between the two countries.
What started as a single shared container leaving Rotterdam every two weeks has grown into a full-service freight forwarder handling 1,200+ shipments per year — air, sea, household relocations and Shop-Drop-Ship for hundreds of small businesses serving the Caribbean.
We're still based in our original warehouse on Steenhouwerstraat. Still family-owned. Still on first-name basis with our customers — most of whom started with one box and now ship monthly.
